What to expect after you place an order.

Delivery fee

The delivery fee is shown in your order summary at checkout, before you pay.

Order progress

After payment your order is marked Paid. When we begin preparing it, it becomes Processing. You can follow every step in your account under Orders, and we send you a message at each important step.

Delivery address

Give a full delivery address and a phone number that is switched on. We may call you to arrange delivery.

If delivery is delayed

If something goes wrong, the order shows Delivery delayed and we contact you to arrange the next step.
