What is the smallest order I can place?
The smallest order is 5 tonnes. All products are sold by the tonne, and the minimum is shown on each product page.
Which currency do you use?
Prices, your cart, your total and your receipt all use the same currency, shown clearly before you pay.
How do I pay?
You pay online through Paystack. We only mark your order as paid after Paystack confirms the payment to us.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, while your order is marked Paid and within 12 hours of confirmed payment. Open the order in your account and choose Cancel order. Once we start preparing the order, it can no longer be cancelled online.
What if I need a very large quantity?
Contact us. We will confirm the quantity, price and delivery details with you first.
How do I delete my account?
Open Account, then Your data. You can download your data or ask us to delete your account.
