Using this website

By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must give correct details and keep your sign-in details private.

Products and prices

Product details, prices and available quantities are shown on each product page. We may change prices and availability at any time. The price and quantity confirmed in your order are the ones that apply to that order.

Minimum order

The minimum order is 5 tonnes, shown on each product page. Orders below the minimum cannot be placed online.

Payment

Payment is made online through Paystack in the currency shown at checkout. An order is confirmed only after we receive confirmation of payment.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refunds follow our Refund and cancellation page.

Delivery

Delivery follows our Delivery information page. Delivery times are estimates unless we confirm a date in writing.

Large and export orders

For large or export orders, the price, quantity, delivery and payment terms are agreed with us in writing before you pay.
