Refund and cancellation

You can cancel within 12 hours of confirmed payment, until we start preparing your order.

Cancelling

Open the order in your account and choose Cancel order. The option is available only while the order is marked Paid and 12 hours have not passed since we confirmed your payment.

After we start preparing the order

When an order becomes Processing it can no longer be cancelled online. Please contact us if you need help.

Refunds

A cancelled order is refunded in full to the original payment method through Paystack. Your order shows Refund pending until the refund is complete. It can take a few days to reach you.

Payments that did not complete

If a payment fails or you leave before paying, no money is taken for that order.
