Privacy Policy

We handle personal data in line with the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

What we collect

Your name, email address and phone number. Delivery addresses you save. Optional business details if you choose to add them. Your orders, payments and refunds. Sign-in activity and device details used to keep your account safe.

Why we collect it

To create and secure your account, take and deliver your orders, process payments and refunds, send you order messages, prevent fraud and meet our legal and accounting duties.

How we use it

We use your details only for the reasons above. We send marketing messages only if you choose to receive them, and you can change that at any time in your notification choices.

Who receives it

Payment providers such as Paystack receive what is needed to take and refund a payment. Email and text message providers receive your contact details to deliver messages. Sign-in providers such as Google are used only if you choose them. Our hosting provider stores the data for us.

How long we keep it

We keep order, payment and refund records for as long as the law and our accounting needs require. Other personal details are kept while your account is open. When you delete your account we remove or anonymise your personal details, except records we must keep.

Your choices and rights

You can see and correct your details in your account. You can download your data and ask us to delete your account under Account, then Your data. You can also contact us about your data at any time.
